If you use the site, it means you agree to follow these rules. These rules cover how you use and buy things from the Nemi Jewellery site. They’re like an agreement between you and Nemi Jewellery.
Nemi Jewellers can change these rules or any site policies whenever they want, and it will happen immediately after they put the changes on the site. If you keep using the site after they make changes, it means you accept those changes.

Product Availability and Pricing
If you like a piece of jewelry that’s currently not available, give us a call, and we can let you know when it will be back in stock. Sometimes, because of lots of orders, things may run out before we can
update the website. If that happens, we’ll get in touch with you to figure out what to do next.
Sometimes, the info on our website, like prices, might not be exactly right because of mistakes in the system or typing. We try our best to avoid these errors, but they can happen. If there’s a mistake, we’ll fix it, and we won’t sell you something at the wrong price. If the listed price is lower than the real price, we might contact you to check before sending it or cancel the order and let you know. If it’s already sent, you agree to either send it back or pay the correct price.

Diamond Certificates
When you buy a loose diamond from us, we send it to you with a special report called a diamond grading report (some folks call it a diamond certificate). These reports have detailed info made by experts at two well-known diamond labs, and they’re costly to replace. That’s why we need you to send back the diamond with its grading report. If you forget to include the report when you return the diamond, we’ll have to charge you $250 to replace it.
Comparison Purchasing
We work hard to keep our prices low, and one way we do that is by not allowing comparison purchasing. This means you can’t buy a bunch of items, pick your favorite, and return the rest. Doing this causes extra work and expenses for restocking and managing inventory, making things more expensive.

The names like Nemi Jewellery and our logos, plus any

Information on our Site
At Nemi Jewellery, we want you to have the best view of our products online, so we work hard to make our catalog accurate. Sometimes, in our photos, things might look bigger or smaller than they really are, and colors might vary a bit because every computer screen is different. Our goal is to give you all the info you need about what you might buy, showing you the beauty and shape of each item. We follow the rules of the jewelry world, saying that the total weight of the gems in your purchase might vary by 0.05 carats from what we say.
On our site, we measure our products based on how we make them. There might be tiny differences because of how we finish making them. For gemstones and pearls, we allow a difference of 0.25mm in measurements. When it comes to diamond jewelry with many diamonds, we tell you the smallest total weight. The grades for color and clarity might be a minimum or an average, depending on how many diamonds are in the piece. If we say it’s a minimum, every diamond is that quality or better. If it’s an average, together they’re as good as or better than the grade we tell you.
